The spread element is used to add a fixed thickness of material to an area of the site. This element is most
commonly used for adding paving or topsoil.
The properties that are exposed for the spread element are summarised below.

Height
This is the height of material that you wish to add from the spread area.

Side Batter
The spread boundary is joined to the ground by side slopes. The side batter (set as a ratio
of vertical to horizontal) dictates the angle of these slopes. Turning side batter off will
result in the spread being joined to the ground with vertical sides.

Definition Points
These are the points which define the outline of the spread area.
